Contact

Contact and location for ALMAE at Parkhotel Schillerhain, Germany.

Contact ALMAE for institute correspondence, self-managed arrival details, and calm orientation before the next step. The institute base is Parkhotel Schillerhain; arrival takes place independently via Frankfurt Airport (FRA) or practical rail hubs such as Mainz, Mannheim, Kaiserslautern, and Frankfurt Airport Fernbahnhof, while much of the lived work unfolds on and around Celtic Donnersberg in mountain, forest, and open landscape.

Operational questions begin by email. If fit is unclear, review eligibility first. If you feel ready, begin the eligibility questionnaire. Written questions receive a personal reply as capacity allows. For urgent medical or mental health crises, contact local emergency services.

Calls and immersion accompaniment take place in German or English only.

ALMAE was founded by Manuel, who serves as the institute’s Transformation Companion. The institute leads with process before person, so contact remains institutional first and personal only where the process requires it.

How communication works.

Choose the path that matches your situation: practical questions by email, fit questions through eligibility, and the first formal step through the eligibility questionnaire. Invitation-only calls happen only where useful after review. The protected client area opens after Manuel’s confirmation and full payment. Immersion cycles run from March through November.

01
Operational questions
Use email for practical institute questions, arrival details, and formal correspondence. Travel itself remains self-managed. This keeps communication clear, documented, and calmly held.
02
Unsure about fit?
Use the eligibility page for a calm first filter. It helps you discern whether ALMAE fits your present season of life before you begin the eligibility questionnaire.
03
Ready to begin?
If the fit already feels clear, begin the eligibility questionnaire. Every response is reviewed manually. Where fit appears possible, the next steps are shared personally. The protected client area opens only after Manuel’s confirmation and full payment.

Not only logistics?

Three pages before you write or apply.

If your question is not only about arrival, begin with the pages that clarify immersion, fit, and the deeper life turn often standing behind the search.

The institute setting in the Celtic Donnersberg field.

Mountain, forest, hotel base, and field of encounter.

ALMAE is rooted in the Celtic Donnersberg field. The institute base at Parkhotel Schillerhain serves predominantly for arrival, accommodation, and logistical holding. Before breakfast, an active morning routine with Manuel takes place in the NaturSPA, which is deliberately used for this part of the path. During free time, the NaturSPA may also be used for optional wellness; the immersion itself is lived largely in free nature on and around Celtic Donnersberg.

The setting remains intentionally quiet — more field than spectacle, more containment than display. Forest, elevation, weather, trails, architecture, and landscape work together to support arrival, reverence, and disciplined inner work.
