Each member of the team is hand-picked by the founder and he will also work with you to assign the partner that suits your preferences. From spiritual healers over yoga teachers to shamanic practitioners, we’ve brought together energy healing experts with hundreds of client treatmens, who are deeply committed to your wellness.

Even if you’ve been diagnosed with cancer or have been struggling with chronic illness for a while, you’re not alone. You’ve found a place where your journey toward wellness is supported every step of the way. We work closely with the hotel’s specialized staff to create an environment that enhances your healing. However, it’s important to remember that ALMAE is not a hospital or nursing home. The hotel service is for your accommodation and food, not for your health needs. We don’t offer traditional medical care, but should you need medical attention during your stay, a hospital is nearby. It is important that you are responsible and independent. If you need help, you will of course receive it.

Hi, I’m Manuel, and I’m honored to be your central guide on this healing and personal developement journey. My life’s work is not only to help people like you reconnect with the incredible self-healing power within, but also to help remove the trauma and blockages. Before founding ALMAE, I spent decades in the corporate world as an Economy Engineer in the role of Management and Treasury-IT Consultant for the big players. Via science, technology and business, I finally arrived at myself and my spiritual path.

I have changed from my first, externally influenced vocation to my true, inner vocation to the field of holistic health and spiritual energy. People have always come to me as a consultant when they couldn’t get any further on their own. Just as I used to connect business and technology, I am now the link between the earthly and the spiritual. Allways in the role of transformation. Looks like I’m late, but everything before was needed, and it’s all there. For you as well!

With my background of experience to date, I have created the framework that I am constantly in charge of. Now, having arrived in my true being, I dedicate myself to shaping the content of our healing work together. However, ALMAE Way leaves enough room for your individuality and treatment by the therapists, shamans and yogis.

We already do the basic treatments of ALMAE Way together, while more experienced shamans and yogis with many years of expertise take on the advanced core topics. Everything I do, I already know more than enough and have a deep inner understanding. My conceptualized energy healing and personal developement way is already the quintessence and the result of memory and intuitive guidance – whether you interpret this as inspiration, inner wisdom or intuition is up to you.

So ALMAE – Perfect Energyday is still young, but our offer, the ALMAE Way, is ancient. Holistic treatments that does not need to be newly researched and developed. And the team at ALMAE have already gained decades of experience in their first-class work.

My own experiences have taught me that healing and personal developement is a process – one that requires patience, self-awareness, and the right guidance. During your time here, I’ll be with you offering personalized support and conducting foundational healing and energy sessions.

I have always been connected to God. Unfortunately, I have lost that more and more since my childhood, but never completely. There was never any doubt, not even in difficult situations. I am unspeakably grateful for this and am increasingly on my way back to it.

My life has been good so far, but it has never been easy. But in my view, dissatisfaction is necessary in order to go on a search. To search for your talents, what you’re here for and what it’s all for. How does life work, how do we work? All this wisdom is part of ALMAE Way. We all have a mission in life and it takes longer than a lifetime. You need to know this; people need a task. I just write freely. Not dealing with it is madness and a waste of resources. I wish you the motivation and energy to deal with it too. My mission is to help others so that they don’t continue to struggle unnecessarily. It is my mission to guide you in your healing and growth process.

In my search, I keep coming back to God. But that can be different for everyone. And in everything I do with myself and my clients, it’s the principles and the awareness behind it, in the way I see it as the truth to heal and help. After all, you do not need to believe in God, but be open for help on a spiritual level. The chances are high that after your healing and personal developement success you believe.
