Quiet orientation · fit first · no public intake

Inner clarity: useful reflection without a certainty claim.

People often use “inner clarity” for a quieter understanding of priorities, values, or next questions. At ALMAE, the public next step is only a private, selective fit review: participation is not automatically confirmed, there is no public application form, and there is no public payment path. ALMAE may fit steady adults seeking non-clinical reflection; it may not fit crisis, therapy needs, healing expectations, destiny or calling certainty, outsourced life decisions, or guaranteed-outcome needs. ALMAE is not therapy, not crisis help, not a healing promise, not a life-decision guarantee, not a destiny or calling certainty, and not an outcome machine. Written terms, programme fee, accommodation, support limits, fit/non-fit boundaries, and exit options would need to be clear before any future payment.

Purpose A practical guide for private reflection, not a recommendation or assessment.
Boundary Sacred-inner and reflective; not clinical care, crisis support, or a promised result.
Current status Public participation is closed. Eligibility information and FAQ are the only next steps.

Start with the question

Clarity can be provisional and still useful.

Useful points to consider

A reflective setting can help distinguish immediate emotion, long-standing values, practical constraints, Donnersberg/Frankfurt travel realities, support needs, ordinary advice or qualified assessment, costs, and missing information. The result may be a clearer question rather than a final answer, and any major decision should remain free from group pressure.

Useful reflection remains open to revision when circumstances, evidence, or independent advice change.

  • name competing values rather than forcing one conclusion;
  • distinguish felt preference from verified fact;
  • leave room for uncertainty and later revision.

Clear limits

Reflection without transferred authority.

The public position is deliberately limited

ALMAE presents a premium, quiet setting for sacred-inner reflection on meaning, values, attention, and lived choices. It does not diagnose, treat, stabilize a crisis, or replace qualified medical or mental-health support. It does not offer or promise healing; where healing happens, ALMAE understands it as happening in God’s grace.

Your beliefs, boundaries, health decisions, relationships, and major life choices remain your own. A guide or group may offer prompts and structure, but neither should be treated as the final judge of what is true for your life.

  • no promised personal, health, relationship, financial, or inner outcome;
  • no claim of inherited tradition, cultural authorization, or special access to truth;
  • no substitute for emergency, clinical, legal, financial, or safeguarding services;
  • no requirement to adopt a belief or hand over independent judgment.

Private self-review

Questions to answer for yourself.

Pause and consider

Keep these reflections private. This page does not ask you to send an answer, and interest alone does not establish fit.

  • Can I accept that I may leave with better questions rather than certainty?
  • What evidence would challenge my preferred interpretation?
  • Which decisions should wait until ordinary routines resume?

Before any future participation

Confirmed boundaries and remaining details belong in writing.

Confirm before commitment

ALMAE is a 14-day group format for one to seven participants. Manuel guides and accompanies the group, with a yoga teacher involved for relevant periods. Individual 1:1 support and support outside announced sessions are not included. Participants may pause or leave, and hiking or yoga limitations are assessed individually.

The programme fee is EUR 6,970 including tax. Hotel/accommodation and meals are not included; travel, transfers, insurance, and personal expenses are separate. If a participant chooses to end participation after the programme begins, the programme fee is not refunded; detailed controlling terms must be provided, accepted, and signed before payment. Public applications and payment remain closed.

  • current roles and the one-to-seven-person group format;
  • conduct, confidentiality, communication, and safeguarding responsibilities;
  • support limits, voluntary pause or exit, and accessibility;
  • programme rhythm, language, dates, venue responsibilities, and written terms.
