Quiet orientation · fit first · no public intake
Self-discovery without letting a programme define you.
A self-discovery retreat in a quiet group setting in Germany near the Donnersberg, about one hour from Frankfurt Airport, may create time to notice habits, values, roles, preferences, and tensions. For ALMAE, the next step is only a private fit review and selective fit review: participation is not automatically confirmed, with no public application form and no public payment path. It may fit steady adults wanting non-clinical sacred-inner self-inquiry; it may not fit crisis, therapy need, urgent health decisions, delegated life decisions, fixed identity answers, healing-promise expectations, certainty expectations, or guaranteed-outcome expectations. Before any later payment, written terms would need to clarify the EUR 6,970 programme price, separate hotel/accommodation and meals, support limits, pause or exit options, and fit/non-fit boundaries. ALMAE is not therapy, not crisis help, not a healing promise, not a destiny verdict, and not an outcome machine.
Start with the question
Observation is different from identity assignment.
Useful points to consider
Useful prompts can ask what you notice, what you value, what you avoid, what practical support you need, and what contexts shape your behaviour. The answers can change across time and relationships, and ordinary advice or qualified assessment may still be needed for life, health, legal, or financial decisions.
Labels offered by a group or guide should never override a person’s own judgment or qualified assessment where one is needed.
- observe patterns without turning them into destiny;
- distinguish a prompt from a diagnosis;
- retain freedom to disagree, revise, and decline.
Clear limits
Reflection without transferred authority.
The public position is deliberately limited
ALMAE presents a premium, quiet setting for sacred-inner reflection on meaning, values, attention, and lived choices. It does not diagnose, treat, stabilize a crisis, or replace qualified medical or mental-health support. It does not offer or promise healing; where healing happens, ALMAE understands it as happening in God’s grace.
Your beliefs, boundaries, health decisions, relationships, and major life choices remain your own. A guide or group may offer prompts and structure, but neither should be treated as the final judge of what is true for your life.
- no promised personal, health, relationship, financial, or inner outcome;
- no claim of inherited tradition, cultural authorization, or special access to truth;
- no substitute for emergency, clinical, legal, financial, or safeguarding services;
- no requirement to adopt a belief or hand over independent judgment.
Private self-review
Questions to answer for yourself.
Pause and consider
Keep these reflections private. This page does not ask you to send an answer, and interest alone does not establish fit.
- Am I free to reject an interpretation that does not fit?
- Which parts of my identity are contextual or changing?
- Would any concern be better explored with a qualified professional?
Before any future participation
Confirmed boundaries and remaining details belong in writing.
Confirm before commitment
