Essential terms for this website, the admission process, and confirmed participation in the ALMAE Immersion.
1) Operator

2) Scope
These Terms govern use of this website, admission-related communication, and the essential framework for confirmed participation in the ALMAE Immersion.
3) Admission, Confirmation & Payment
The eligibility questionnaire is submitted as a binding registration for the immersion. Admission remains selective and discretionary. ALMAE may review each submission personally and, where useful, invite you to a short clarifying call with Manuel.
If Manuel confirms your participation, you receive your personal ALMAE invoice by email together with access to your personal ALMAE payment page. There you either complete the full investment or reserve your place with a 50% deposit. Your place is reserved once the deposit has been received and fully secured once complete payment has been received.
Payments are handled in EUR through the personal ALMAE payment page and, where applicable, through a personal Stripe invoice for the remaining balance. Depending on country-specific availability, payment methods such as SEPA, card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay may appear. If you choose the deposit path, Stripe sends the second invoice 17 days before the immersion begins. It is due 14 days before the immersion begins.
Your accommodation at Parkhotel Schillerhain and your arrival are arranged and paid by you separately and directly.
4) Binding Commitment & Cancellation Policy
The decision to join the ALMAE Immersion is a serious mutual commitment. Time, attention, and institute capacity are reserved specifically for your process.
Because the immersion takes place on fixed dates, no regular statutory right of withdrawal applies once participation has been confirmed.
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the immersion begins: refund of the amount paid minus a reservation fee of 20% of the total investment.
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the immersion begins: 50% of the total investment remains due.
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the immersion begins or non-attendance: 100% of the total investment remains due. No refund is possible.
The cancellation amounts above apply regardless of whether you choose full payment or the deposit path. Any amounts already paid are credited against the applicable cancellation amount. Any outstanding difference remains payable; any overpayment is refunded.
Instead of cancellation, you may rebook once without charge to a later available immersion date up to 4 weeks before the immersion begins. You may also propose a suitable replacement participant, subject to positive prior screening by ALMAE.
Because life can change unexpectedly, we strongly recommend seminar or travel cancellation insurance for your protection.
5) Nature of ALMAE
ALMAE is an institute for disciplined inner work and personal responsibility. It is not a medical provider, clinical service, or crisis support.
6) Admission & Discretion
Admission is screened and discretionary. ALMAE may postpone, decline, or discontinue participation to protect safety and the integrity of the process.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or submit false or misleading information.
8) Intellectual Property
Website content (text, design, images, graphics) is protected by copyright and/or other rights. Any use beyond statutory permissions requires prior written permission.
9) Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10) Liability
We create content with due care but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALMAE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use.
11) External Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. ALMAE is not responsible for external content or practices.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13) Consumer Dispute Resolution
ALMAE is not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
